Community Restrictions

• Residents must be at least 55 years of age unless exception is made by park owner in writing prior to occupancy.
• No dogs over 20 pounds are allowed unless it is a service dog. Pets are limited to a total of two and can be cats or dogs.
• Lawns must be mowed by residents. Lawnmower is provided.
• All decks and porches must be well maintained. Only patio furniture may be kept on porches. No trash or other unsightly items may accumulate.
• All additions, including sheds and fences, must be approved by park owner in advance of installation.
• There will be no noise between 9 pm and 8 am. Neighbors must be respected.
• There are no laundry facilities in the park. Washing machines are not permitted on the property.
• Guests must sleep inside tenant's structure and tenant must be present to host guests and supervise their behavior. Guests may not erect a tent or other structure and cannot sleep in vehicles. Exceptions must be granted by park owner prior to date of guests' arrival.
• Tenants may not sublet or assign any portion of their space without prior written consent of the park owner.
• Additional restrictions may be found in the lease agreement. Park owner reserves the right to amend or add policies.
• STATUTORY NOTICE: Prior to purchasing or renting a mobile home or RV at Pine Trailer Park, including existing structures, park owner must be contacted for approval. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

At the center of Pine Trailer Park, the clubhouse is the social hub of the community. Potluck dinners, cornhole and other games and events bring residents together. The owners host dinners twice each year. Memorial Day is a favorite time to celebrate.
